Welcome to GeoBD. By accessing our platform, utilizing our GenRank™ tools, or commissioning our Generative Engine Optimization retainers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

GeoBD provides AI search optimization advisory, BLUF content restructuring, Schema.org graph authoring, and multi-engine visibility tracking. Because third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) frequently update their proprietary algorithms, citation prominence reflects empirical probabilities rather than absolute guarantees.

2. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use GeoBD services or tools to promote deceptive content, hallucination baiting, or unauthorized automated scraping that violates third-party terms of service.

3. Billing & Payments

Monthly retainers are invoiced in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USD via SSLCOMMERZ, bKash, Nagad, or credit cards. Retainer services can be canceled at any time with 14 days notice before the next monthly cycle.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
